State Minister for the Elderly and the Disabled Hon. Sarah Kanyike officially launches Rowans Down Syndrome Awareness Center in Hoima City. The occasion was held at Hoima Buffalo Hotel and also doubled as the celebration for the World Down Syndrome Day – marking the first time it was ever celebrated
